摘  要:提出了与传统激励机制不同的柔性激励机制,具有敏捷性、适应不同情况的能力及灵活性、柔韧性等优势;包括经济激励等正向激励和以威胁激励为代表的负向激励;构建的柔性激励模型包括柔性激励工资和工资模型、威胁激励模型、柔性激励机制的约束模型及有效性检验模型。研究结果表明:柔性激励对企业员工具有诱导性作用,非诱导型员工在一定条件下也会转变成可诱导型员工。企业激励越高,员工维持激励的积极性就越高。由此可以得出柔性激励是一种非常有效的激励策略、方式和方法。This paper illustrates the flexible motivational mechanism different to the traditional motivational mechanism.Flexible motivation has advantages of agility,adapting to different situations,flexible and tough.Flexible motivation includes positive motivation,such as economic motivation,and passive motivation represented by threat motivation.The flexible motivation model constructed in this paper includes flexible motivational salary and salary model,threat motivational model,restraining model of flexible motivational mechanism and validity test model.The research result shows the flexible motivation could stimulate the employee,and non-inducible employee could be changed into inducible employee under certain condition.The motivational degree of the enterprise is higher,and the enthusiasm of employee maintaining motivation will be higher.Therefore,the flexible motivation is an effective motivational strategy and method.
