摘　　要：首先指出BTO环境给供应链的协调运营带来新的挑战,而供应链厂商的生产方式决策是亟待解决的问题之一。随后,在给出供应链厂商生产方式匹配选择矩阵之后,通过基于假设条件和供应链成本结构分析的一次和二次剔除,对初始选择矩阵给出的九种厂商生产方式匹配模式作出甄别,并最终对两种可行的供应链厂商生产方式匹配模式予以确认。At first,this paper points out that the BTO environment brings new challenge to the coordination operation of supply chain,and one of the problems which must be solved urgently is the decision about the production mode of supply chain facilities.Subsequently,after giving the matching selection matrix of facilities＇ production mode of supply chain,screening the initial nine matching modes by the first and second eliminations based on hypothesis conditions and structure analysis of supply chain＇s cost respectively,it finally conforms the feasibility of two facilities＇ production modes matching style.
