腹腔镜顺逆联合胆囊切除术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜顺逆联合胆囊切除术的临床应用。方法对256例采用腹腔镜顺逆联合法行胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性归纳分析。结果所有患者均手术顺利,1例中转开腹,无胆管及周围脏器损伤,术后随访无并发症。结论腹腔镜顺逆联合胆囊切除术可明显提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率,扩大手术适应症,有效预防术中术后并发症。Objective： To investigate the clinical application of the combined antegrade and retrograde laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method： The 256 cases clinical data of the patients with combined antegrade and retrograde laparoscopic cholecystectomy were inductively analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients had surgery successfully, one patient had conversion to open surgery, no bile duct or surrounding organ injury and no syndrome after surgery. Conclusion： The combined antegrade and retrograde laparoscopic cholecystectomy could improve the success rate of surgery, expand surgical indications and prevent intraoperative and postoperative complication effectively.
