摘　　要：列宁从俄国的具体实际情况出发,对建设和谐社会的经济制度基础进行了实践诠释;新经济政策是在列宁"迂回过渡"建设理念的集中体现;总的来说,"新经济政策"在列宁构建和谐社会经济制度基础过程中享有崇高的历史地位。From the Russian concrete actual circumstances,Lenin realized the practical annotation on the economic system foundation of harmonious society.And New Economic Policy is the concentrated expression of ＂returned transition＂ construction ideas.In short,New Economic Policy possesses the lofty historical position on the process of Lenin’s constructing the economic system foundation of harmonious society.
