保留尿道的耻骨后前列腺切除术60例临床报告

摘　　要：目的探讨保留尿道的耻骨后前列腺切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法对60例慢性前列腺增生症患者采用保留尿道的耻骨后前列腺切除术进行治疗。结果手术时间60～140 min,平均80 min。术中出血60～140 ml,平均100 ml,未输血。术后住院8～15 d,平均9 d。术后随访1～5年,疗效优25例(41.7%),良32例(53.3%)。结论保留尿道的耻骨后前列腺切除术治疗慢性前列腺增生症效果良好,无远期并发症发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prostatectomy with reserving the prostatic urethra （Madigan） for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Prostatectomy with reserving the prostatic unrethra were performed for 60 cases of BPH. Results The operative time ranged from 60 to 140 min with a mean of 80 rain. Blood loss in operation was from 60 to 140 ml, averaging 100 ml. There. was no blood transfusion in operation. Hospitalization after operation ranged from 8 to 15 days,averaging 9 days. The follow - up changed from 1 to 5 years. The curative effect were well in majority of all patients. Conclusion Madigan prostatectomy is believed to have good effect in treatment of BPH, with no complications at a specified future date.
