摘　　要：目的总结外伤性肝脾破裂患者的护理经验,提高救治效果。方法对笔者所在科室近5年收治的218例外伤性肝脾破裂患者资料进行了回顾性分析。结果 5例患者保守治疗,213例行肝修补术或脾切除术,术后恢复良好,无死亡病例。结论积极有效的围手术期护理能够有效保证外伤性肝脾破裂患者抢救治疗的成功。Objective To summarize nursing experience for patients with traumatic liver and spleen rupture to improve the treatment efficiency. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 218 patients with traumatic liver and spleen rupture enrolled in our hospital. Results 5 patients cured without surgical treatment,213 patients received liver repair or ap- pendectomy without death. Conclusion Positive and effective nursing is important for successful treatment of patients with traumatic liver and spleen rupture.
