摘　　要：目的观察静脉滴注硝酸甘油的副作用。方法硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗心血管疾病,用药后定时测量患者血压、心率变化,观察尿量及次数,及时调整用药剂量。结果用药后疗效显著,且副作用少。结论硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗心血管疾病具有起效快、操作方便、副作用少的特点,适合临床推广。Objective To observe the side effects of intravenous drip with nitroglycerin. Methods Intravenous drip with nitroglycerin was used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. After treatment, the blood pressure, heart rhythm change,urinary volume and times were observed,to adjust the dose in time. Results There was rapid effect with less side effects. Conclusion Treatment of cardiovascular diseases by intravenous drip with nitroglycerin is suited to be clinically expand because of fast action, simple operation and less side effects.
