摘　　要：以半结构访谈、问卷调查及现场勘察等参与式方法和工具对塔里木河流域资源环境、农业用水等方面进行了调查。利用调查获取的资料数据对流域水资源开发利用、灌溉工程及管理、土地利用、种植结构、土地沙漠化及盐碱化等状况进行了分析,针对调查分析发现的问题提出强化流域水资源统一管理和科学调度,多方位多渠道筹集水利建设资金,提高农业用水管理水平、加强无序开荒监控与监督,建立生态节水型种植结构,加大科技投入等解决对策。The resource and environment,agricultural water use were investigated by the participatory methods including questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and field survey in Tarim watershed.The existing conditions of water resources exploitation and use were analyzed according to the investigation results.Moreover,it was also discussed on irrigation project,irrigation management,land utilization,planting structure.Finally,the land suffered by desertification and salinization was studied based on the survey results.Countermeasures for dealing with the problems discovered by investigation were put forword which involving strengthening the water resources unified management and scientific dispatch,raising funds for water conservancy construction from multiaspects,increasing management level for irrigation,reinforcing disorder reclamation monitoring and supervising,establishing ecological and water-saving crop structure and increasing science and technology input.
