摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声在Mammotome活检系统诊治乳腺多发微小病灶中的应用价值。方法:高频超声监控下,对40例患者共140个直径<1cm的病灶行Mammotome微创切除,记录术后病理结果。结果:病灶均被Mammotome活检系统完全切除,超声均能清晰显示病灶旋切全过程。结论:高频超声引导下Mammotome活检可以有效、微创、快速地确诊乳腺微小病灶。是"一步手术"诊治的最佳选择。Objective To explore the application value of High-frequency Ultrasound in mammotome biopsy system diagnose and treat mammay multiple minimally lesions.Methods Under the real time of High-frequency Ultrasound guided,40 cases with 140 mammary multiple lesions smaller than 1cm were resected by mammotome system.Postoperative pathological results were recorded.Results 140 lesions were resected completely and ultrasound can clearly display the whole minimally invasive biopsy process of multiple minimally mammary lesions.Conclusion As an effective minimally invasive and rapid diagnostic technique for mammary multiple minimally lesions.
