摘　　要：目的:探讨耳鼻喉科门诊健康宣教的方式方法。方法:对作者多年临床工作经验进行总结;结果:有效的健康宣教能提高患者认识疾病,增加其配合治疗的信心,增加患者满意度;结论:健康教育在耳鼻喉科门诊地位重要,对于增进医患关系有积极作用,值得临床重视。Objective ENT out-patient health education on ways and means of through-line.Methods To sum up the clinical experience of many years.Results Effective health education can improve patient understanding of disease,increase their confidence with treatment,increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion The health status of education in the ENT out-patient is important in enhancing physician-patient relationship,and it has a positive effect,is worthy to attention.
