摘 要:目的:探讨血糖控制水平对初诊2型糖尿病患者β细胞功能的影响。方法:102例初诊2型糖尿病患者给予口服降糖药物或胰岛素治疗,根据HbA1c是否≤6.5%分为达标组和未达标组,比较OGTT血糖、C肽、HOMA-β等。结果:与未达标组相比,达标组HOMA-β和△I_(30)/△G_(30)显著上升.差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。两组HOMA-IR无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论:早期强化降糖治疗可消除初诊2型糖尿病患者高血糖毒性,改善β细胞功能。Objective To evaluate the influence of glucose control on β - cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Method Total 102 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were treated with insulin or oral hypoglycemie agents,and were divided into two groups : up - to - the - standard group ( HbA1c ≤6. 5% ) and not up - to - the - standard group ( HbA1 c 〉 6.5% ). Levels of OGTT - glucose,insulin,C- peptide,and index of β- cell function were detected. Results In up- to- the- standard group, HOMA- β, △I30/ △G30 were markedly increased compared to )lot- up -to- the -standard group( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ). HOMA -IR showed no significant difference between the two groups( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Early glucose- up- to- the -standard therapy could eliminate hyperglycemia toxicity and ameliorate β - cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
