摘  要:对pH摆动法制备的具有一定孔结构参数的拟薄水铝石,进行成型和焙烧制成γ-Al2O3载体,负载金属组分,制备成Mo-Ni-P重油加氢脱氮催化剂。试验考察了胶溶剂、焙烧温度对载体比表面积、孔体积、孔径分布等物化性质的影响,以及活性担载过程中催化剂的孔结构和物化性能的变化。在100mL反应装置上,以高含氮量的重质馏分油为原料,进行了加氢脱氮活性和稳定性试验。A hydrodenitrogenation catalyst comprising molybdenum, nickel and phosphorus components supported on alumina was prepared. The effects of peptizing agents and calcination temperature on surface area and pore structure of the alumina support were investigated. The alumina support was obtained from bochmite having specific pore structure prepared by pH swing method and succeeded with shaping and calcination. The changes in physicochemical properties of the catalyst during the impregnation course were also observed. The activity and stability of hydrodenitrogenation were evaluated in a 100 ml reactor with a VGO having high nitrogen content as feedstock, and the result was satisfied.
