摘 要:[目的]筛选可以进一步提高北京忍冬腋芽诱导率和生根率的适宜培养基。[方法]以北京忍冬带叶柄茎段为外植体,分别接种在含2.0~3.0mg/L6-BA的1/2MS、1/2N6、1/2B53种培养基上培养,测定各培养基上北京忍冬的繁殖率和生根率。[结果]接种在1/2B5+6-BA2.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+蔗糖3%+琼脂1%培养基上的外植体,其增殖率高达563%,生根率达59%。[结论]该研究方法可以在北京忍冬组培快繁中推广应用。[Objective]The research aimed to screen more suitable medium which could promote the improvement of axillary bud inductivity and rooting rate of Lonicera elisae Franch..[Method]Taken the stems with petioles of L.elisae Franch.for materials,and they were planted with three kinds of media as 1/2MS,1/2N6 and 1/2B5 adding with 2.0-3.0 mg/L 6-BA.Then the reproduction rates and rooting rates of them were determined.[Result]The results showed that cultivating the explants in the medium of 1/2B5+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+sugar 3%+agar 1%,the breeding rate could reached 563%.And the rooting rate could reached 59%.[Conclusion]This method could be spreaded and applied on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of L.elisae Franch..
