摘  要:[目的]为郑麦004的大面积推广种植和产业化开发提供理论依据。[方法]以优质弱筋小麦品种郑麦004为材料,在其他条件一致的情况下,对其施以不同的氮肥处理(氮肥基追比分别为7∶3、5∶5、3∶7),研究不同处理对小麦生理生态特性的影响。[结果]氮肥基追比为5∶5的处理郑麦004生育期间的株高、叶面积、旗叶光合速率、叶绿素含量等生理生态指标均有利于产量的形成,该处理小麦产量最高,为8917.5kg/hm2,显著高于其他处理;氮肥基追比为3∶7的处理小麦各生理生态指标和产量次之。[结论]在施氮量一定的条件下,氮肥在一定程度上后移有利于提高郑麦004的产量,且后移比例为5∶5时效果最好。[Objective] The aim of the study was to provide theoretical foundation for popularization and cultivation in a large area and industrial development of Zhengmai 004.[Method] With high-quality weak gluten wheat variety Zhengmai 004 as material,while the other conditions were consistent,it was treated with different N applications(The base/topdressing ratios of N fertilizer were 7∶3,5∶5 and 3∶7)for studying the influences of different treatments on the physiological and ecological characteristics of wheat.[Result] In the treatment with base/topdressing ratio of N fertilizer of 5∶5,the physiological and ecological indexes including plant height,leaf area,photosynthetic rate of flag leaf and chlorophyll content of Zhengmai 004 in growth period were favorable to yield formation,the wheat yield of this treatment was highest,being 8 917.5 kg/hm2,which was significantly higher than that of the other treatments.In the treatment with base/topdressing ratio of N fertilizer of 3∶7,the physiological and ecological indexes and yield of wheat were secondary.[Conclusion] When the N application amount was consistent,the retroposition of N fertilizer to some extent was favorable to enhancing the yield of Zhengmai 004 and the effect was best when the retroposition ratio was 5∶5.
