摘 要:[目的]研究干旱条件下烟草生理生化指标的变化。[方法]以K326、云烟87、净叶黄、NC82和Ti448A5个品种为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了干旱处理对不同品种烟草植株的理化指标的影响。[结果]干旱处理后,CAT活性和MDA含量显著增加,Pro含量迅速积累,抗旱品种的SOD活性先迅速升高然后逐渐下降,非抗旱品种的SOD则在干旱处理期间缓慢上升。[结论]品种K326、云烟87的抗旱性较净叶黄、NC82和Ti448A强。[Objective] The physiological and biochemical variation of tobacco under drought stress was researched.[Method] 5 tobacco varieties:K326,Yunyan 87,Jingyehuang,NC82 and Ti448A being taken as experimental material,the effect of the drought stress on the physiological and biochemical indicator of these tobacco varieties planted in pots was experimented.[Results] The results showed that after the drought treatment,the activity of CAT and the content of MDA in plant were significantly increased,the content of Pro quickly rose up,the activity of SOD of drought-resistant cultivars was quickly increased firstly and then declined under drought stress,but in drought susceptible cultivars,slowly increased during the period drought treatment.[Conclusion] It was concluded that the variety-K326 and Yunyan 87 had stronger drought resistance than Jingyehuang,NC82 and Ti448A.
