摘 要:[目的]研究橘子(Citrus reticulata)皮的生物活性。[方法]以橘子皮为研究对象,考察其对果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)的熏蒸作用、趋避作用和触杀作用等生物活性。[结果]橘子皮乙醇提取液对果蝇类生物具有熏蒸、趋避作用,在短时间内能使其死亡,但无明显触杀效果。[结论]该研究可为研制和开发橘子皮源绿色农药及功能性产品提供理论依据。[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological activity of Citrus reticulata peel.[Method] Choosing the ethanol extracts of Citrus reticulata peel as the object of study,the fumigation action,aversion action and contact action of Citrus reticulata peel ethanol extracts to Drosophila melanogaster were studied.[Result] The results showed that Citrus reticulata peel ethanol extracts had fumigation action and aversion action to Drosophila melanogaster,could lead it to death in a short time,but had no significant contact action.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for preparing and developing green pesticide and functional product by using Citrus reticulata peel resources.
