柔嫩艾美耳球虫的分离鉴定与致病性测定

摘　　要：本实验采用单卵囊分离技术分离纯化球虫,并根据其临床病理变化、潜隐期、最短孢子化时间等指标综合判定其为柔嫩艾美耳球虫。用纯化所得球虫卵囊进行致病性试验,结果表明:该柔嫩艾美耳球虫致病力较强,半数致死量为7.52×104个/只。Eirneria tenella was separated and purified by using the single oocyst separation technique, and was confumed according to its clinic pathological changes, prepatent period, shortest sporulatic time and so on. The results of the pathogenic experiment with the purified coccidian indicated that the pathogenicity of Eimeria tenella was quite strong and, the median lethal dose was 7.52× 10^4/chick.
