堵水调剖装置的研究

摘　　要：针对目前各油田调堵设备配套在调堵工艺及施工中存在的不足之处，进行了调堵设备的配套研究，论述了液压调剖堵水泵的低冲次、排量大、范围可调的性能，使调堵剂的性能和其有效地进入高吸水层得到了保证，提高了施工的成功率，同时配套了施工参数自动录取系统，自动化程度高，现场施工参数录取准确、齐全，减轻了施工的劳动强度。Abstract Having reseaarched the equipment . for the defect in view the profile-control and water-shutoff installa-tion in the technology and construction of every oil fields. Discussing the performance of the profile-controland water-shutoff pump , it's lower stroke and large displacement adjustment , with protecting the water-shutoff perfotmance of the media and assuring it enter into the high suck up moisture layer sufficiently, raisingthe rate of success. And disposing the autornatic record system of construction parameter , with high autorna-tiondegree . the coiistruction parameter record is accurate and complete . therefore reducing the labor intensity of construction.
