城乡一体化的“圈层结构”与“梯度发展”模式研究--以江苏省为例

摘　　要：农村城市化、城乡一体化与城市现代化将是推动我国顺利实现小康社会的重要战略。而城乡一体化发展是城乡均衡发展战略与人口城市化战略的必然结果。本文从现有的城乡一体化的模式梳理出发,概括我国城乡一体化之路的几种模式;并以江苏省为例提出城乡一体化的"圈层结构"和"梯度发展"模式与路径;并提出江苏省城乡一体化发展可以采取适度跨越的战略规划。The urbanization in rural area,urban-rural integrated development and urban modernization are the important strategies for China＇s involution.Urban-rural integrated development strategy is the inevitable choice for equilibrium development in different territories and China＇s overall urbanization strategy.This essay concludes the different patterns of urban-rural integrated development test and characteristics as ring shape structure and gradient pattern and finally takes Jiangsu as a case to put forth the moderate leap strategy in the urban-rural integrated development test and practice in future.
