摘 要:文章提出一种新型分选装置,以空气为介质,通过"双旋涡"旋转气流从废弃线路板中富集金属的分离方法;对0.50~0.25 mm、0.25~0.10 mm、小于0.1 mm这3个粒级废弃线路板物料,分粒级进行金属富集回收分选实验;结果表明,前2个粒级产品的金属品位与回收率同时达到95%以上,小于0.10 mm物料的金属品位与回收率分别为90.08%及94.65%,工艺上实现了空气介质的除尘净化排放,达到环保要求。According to the 'double-vortex' separating process and by using air as the medium,a kind of new-style separation equipment used for enriching metals from discarded printed circuit boards(PCB) was developed.Separated PCB materials were divided into three size groups of 0.50-0.25 mm,0.25-0.10 mm and 0.10 mm.Experimental results show that,for the former two groups,the grade and recovery of metals are above 95%,and for PCBs that are smaller than 0.10 mm,the grade and recovery of metals are 90.08% and 94.65%,respectively.The air was cleaned by dust-removal in the process and met the demands of environmental protection.
