摘  要:尘土是导致连接器电接触故障的重要原因之一。尘土成分包含无机物和有机物两部分,纤维是尘土中常见的有机物,通过静态和动态实验模拟实际环境中纤维对连接器电接触的影响具有重要意义。纤维密度是影响静态接触电阻的主要因素;当接触界面存在纤维时,正压力对静态电阻的影响不明显。在微动过程中,正压力越大,纤维越易被推开;纤维不易进入接触面;纤维对接触面磨损的影响较小。Dust was one of the reasons that caused electric contact faults of connectors. Dust consisted of two parts:inorganic material and organic material. Fibers were common organic material in dust. So it was important to simulate effect of fibers on electric contact of connectors in practical environment under static and dynamic experi- ments. Fiber density was the main factor that effected static contact resistance. The normal force had little influence on static contact resistance with the existence of fibers between contact surface. At dynamic conditions, fibers were more easily pushed away under larger normal force and entried the contact interface difficultly. The fibers had no significant effect on fretting wear between contact surface.
