用于高凝高粘及低渗透油田的可洗井分注管串

摘　　要：在高凝、高粘及低渗透油田中使用常规分注管串存在着封隔器不密封、封隔件易损坏、难以达到分注目的等问题，而选用Y341—115深井可洗井封隔器与偏心配水器、水力卡瓦、球座组成的可洗井分注管串。由于其封隔器采用卡环锁紧机构、重复坐封机构和双管密封机构，可避免封隔器在下井过程中发生误坐现象，便于重复坐封及洗井。采用水力卡瓦进行锚定，可防止管串蠕动现象。可洗井分注管串工艺在全国典型的高凝、高粘、低渗的大港南部油田38口井使用，成功率达100％，投捞测配合格率84．4％，经济效益和社会效益明显。In high condensation point, high viscosity and low permeability oilfield, using routine separate layer water injection pipestring can't achieve the goal of separate-layer water injection because packer doesn't seal and is very easily broken. While another kind of well-flushable separate layer injection pipestring composed of Y341-115 deep well flushable packer, eccentric injection mandrel, hydraulic slip and ball seat is used, the packer adopts snap-ring lock structure, re-setting and double-seal structure to control wrong setting so that it can be used for re-setting and well-flushing, hydraulic slip anchoring can control pipestring from creeping.The well-flushable pipestring's application in 38 wells in South Dagang Oilfield shows that its success ratio is high up to 100% and achieves good economic benefit and social benefits.
