摘　　要：微球制备中有机溶剂的去除过程极为关键。其中各种工艺参数如温度、连续相的选择及体积、环境压力等对溶剂移除速率均有不同程度的影响,进而影响到微球的理化性质及释药速率。本文着重综述了溶剂移除步骤中影响微球性质及药物释放的各种工艺参数,期望能对微球的研究工作有所启示。Removal of organic solvents is an important aspect during the preparation of microspheres. Various process parameters such as temperature,continuous phase volume and environmental stress have different degrees of impact on the removal rate of the organic solvents,and further on the physicochemical properties and the release rate of drug from microspheres. This paper focuses on the above-mentioned process parameters and we hope to provide some inspiration for the research work on microencapsulation.
