湖南贫困地区的农业科技扶贫模式与政策建议

摘　　要：本文通过对湖南20多个贫困县(市)农业新技术推广应用的实践与研究,探索总结出了基层组织建设与扶贫开发推进模式、示范基地带动模式、技术培训推进模式和科技特派员创业链推进模式等适用贫困地区农业科技扶贫主要模式,并对这些模式的应用与发展提出了政策建议。Based on the analyses of the current extension patterns of new agricultural technology and their development trends, several typical patterns forpoverty areaare proposed：the patterndrivenby the basic-level organizationconstruction andpovertyalleviation, the patterndrivenbythe demonstrationbase ofagriculture, the patterndrivenbytraining technology, and the pattern driven by the entrepreneurial chains of sci-tech commissioners, and then, the relative policy suggestions were proposed.
