摘  要:通过根箱模拟试验,利用分室法及多隔层法研究了接种根瘤菌ACCC16101和ACCC16103对豌豆籽粒产量和根际微生物数量的影响。结果表明:ACCC16103对根际细菌、真菌数量的影响程度大于ACCC16101,对放线菌数量的影响程度小于ACCC16101;ACCC16103接种显著提高了生殖生长阶段根际细菌的数量,降低了该阶段放线菌的数量;接种ACCC16101和ACCC16103利于土壤向细菌型转变,ACCC16103对细菌/真菌比值提高的程度更大;接种ACCC16103显著提高了豌豆籽粒的产量;籽粒的产量与盛花期的细菌数量显著正相关。Analogue experiment was used with rhizobox and two introduced strains (ACCC16101 and ACCC16103) to study the effects of rhizobia inoculation on microbial numberin rhizosphere soil and pea yield.The rhizobox was isolated to several compartments by nylon gauze, i.e.a root compartment and twelve soil compartments.The results showed that the influence degree of inoculating rhizobia ACCC16103 is higher than rhizobia ACCC16101 on bacterial and fungi number in pea rhizosphere soil, and it is lower than rhizobia ACCC16101 on actinomyces number.Inoculation with ACCC16103 increased bacteria number in rhizosphere soil in reproduction stage, and decreased actinomyces number in the same phase.Inoculation ACCC16101 and ACCC16103 improved the ratio of bacteria to fungi, especially ACCC16103.ACCC16103 inoculation elevated pea yield.Yield is correlated to bacterial number of flowering period significantly.
