摘 要:采用静态熏气方法对垂直绿化植物爬山虎、云南黄馨和野蔷薇的2年生苗进行了不同浓度SO2熏气处理,探讨了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量及保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的变化。结果表明,随着SO2熏气浓度提高,3种垂直绿化植物的MDA含量及POD活性增加,SOD和CAT活性降低,增加及降低的程度因植物种类和SO2浓度而异。云南黄馨对SO2的抗性较强,其次是爬山虎和野蔷薇。The two-year-old seedlings of Parthenocissus tricuspidata,Jasminum mesnyi and Rosa multiflora were exposed to different concentrations of sulfur dioxide(SO2) in the closed fumigation chambers to study the effects of SO2 on their MDA contents and protective enzyme(SOD,POD,CAT) activities in leaf.The results showed that MDA contents and POD activities of three vertical greening plant species were increased with the increases of concentration of sulfur dioxide,while SOD and CAT activities decreased.The degrees of increase or decrease varied with the plant species and SO2 concentrations.Conclusively,J.mesnyi was exhibited stronger resistance to SO2,followed by P.tricuspidata and R.multiflora.
