摘 要:采用正交试验设计,分析了品种、扦插密度、采条部位及施肥4因素对4个杨树品种扦插育苗效果的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,获得最佳扦插效果的组合为‘中菏1号’,扦插密度为40 cm×80 cm,采条部位选择60~120 cm处插条,施肥状况选择氮肥量40 g/株;苗高受品种的影响最大,4个因素对苗高的影响大小顺序为品种〉施肥〉采条部位〉扦插密度;扦插密度对地径的影响最大,4个因素对地径的影响大小顺序为扦插密度〉品种〉采条部位〉施肥。With the orthogonal experimental design,the influences of variety,density,positions of cuttings and fertilizing levels on cutting effect of four poplar varieties were analyzed.The result indicated that the best regime of cutting propagation was Populus×'ZhongHe-1' with 40 cm×80 cm cutting density,using 60~120 cm basal stems,adding 40 g nitrogen fertilizer each plant under the experimental conditions.The study showed that the most important factor on steckling height was variety.And the sequence of four factors on steckling height was varietyfertilizing levelpositions of cuttingscutting density.Then density was the key factor on the basal diameter.The sequence of four factors on the basal diameter was cutting densityvarietypositions of cuttingsfertilizing level.
