摘  要:近年来南京地区竹锈褐斑病大量发生,该病对竹种的观赏价值和经济价值带来了一定影响。该病病原为南京裂爪螨。对竹锈褐斑病分别进行了化学防治和生物防治:(1)利用6种药剂对竹锈褐斑病进行室内毒力测定和野外防治研究结果表明:阿维菌素对南京裂爪螨的毒力最高,LC50为0.060 mg/mL,其次为哒螨灵、腚虫脒、炔螨特、四螨嗪,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐最低。15%阿维菌素在浓度为1.2 mg/mL时具有较好的野外防治效果。(2)利用野外发现的天敌竹盲走螨属,按照益螨∶害螨比例为1∶10、1∶30和1∶50野外释放结果表明:林间最适释放天敌比例在1∶10~1∶30之间。Recently the occurrence of bamboo rust brown spot disease has a great impact on ornamental value and economic value in Nanjing because of the pathogen of Schizotetranychus nanjingensis.The chemical and biological control of bamboo rust brown spot disease was carried out.The results showed that the virulence of abamectin to Schicotetranychus nanjingensis was the highest and LC50 was 0.060 mg/mL in six pesticides by the lab and field experiments,and followed by pyridaben,ding-acetamiprid,propargite,clofentezine and mamectin-benzoate.15% abamectin had the better effect in the field experiment when the concentration was 1.2 mg/mL.The natural enemy(Typhlodromus sp.) was found in the wild bamboo field and the optimal release ratio of beneficial mites to pest mites was between 1∶10 and 1∶30 in the field.
