摘 要:氧化型锰银矿其锰、银分离是处理这类资源的关键工序。试验分别采用煤焙烧、植物副产湿法还原工艺对锰银精矿进行了锰、银分离工艺性能的对比研究。在相同酸消耗情况下,植物副产湿法浸出的锰浸出率接近煤焙烧浸出,而银在浸锰液中溶出率远低于煤焙烧浸出;以玉米秸杆粉还原分离为代表,其浸锰条件选择在L/D=4、n(酸)/n(Mn)=1.76、秸杆/矿粉质量比=0.275、95℃浸出时间4 h时,锰浸出率达97.30%,浸锰渣量少;玉米秸杆粉浸锰渣在NaCN用量5 kg/t渣、常温浸银6 h时,Ag的浸出率为97.77%;并对其它植物副产还原浸出锰性能进行了验证试验。所研究工艺在锰、银分离综合成本方面具有较好的优势。The manganese silver of manganese oxide-type of its manganese and silver separation is the key process to deal with such resources.The comparison study of separation process performance of manganese and silver from Mn-Ag concentrate are done with coal roasting leaching and plant by-product of wet reduction leaching.Acid consumption in the same case,the manganese leaching rate of wet leaching with plant-product is close to the coal-roasting leaching,and silver dissolution rate is far lower in solution of wet leaching manganese than coal-roasting leaching.The separation of corn straw powder shows that,manganese leaching rate can be achieved to 97.30% by the conditions of its leaching manganese control L/D=4 and n(acid)/n(Mn)=1.76 and straw/ore powder mass ratio=0.275 and 95℃ when the leaching time of 4 h,and less leaching of manganese slag.Ag leaching rate can be achieved to 97.77% with corn stalk powder residue leaching manganese and in the NaCN content 5 kg/t slag and the temperature dipped silver time of 6 h.The performance of the reduction leaching manganese with other plant by-product are verified.The research process in manganese,silver has a better separation of comprehensive cost advantage.
