摘　　要：针对目前国内织物抗撕裂仪检定装置的缺位现状,在介绍了摆锤式织物撕裂仪的工作原理及分析了数字式和机械式撕裂仪数学模型的基础上,提出了一种新的检定装置的设计方法。该方法以仪器工作前后标准器增加的势能代替试样撕裂为检定路线,通过改变m或Δh与F的对应关系,设计了一套操作简单、数据准确的检定装置,实现了撕裂仪的量值溯源统一。经验证,该织物撕裂仪检定装置适用于各种数字式和摆锤式织物撕裂仪的检定。At present,the fabric tearing tester is lacking in calibrator in our country.Based on introducing the operational principle of the pendulum fabric tearing tester and analyzing the mathematical models of the digital and mechanical tearing testers,the design method of a new calibrator is proposed.With this method,measuring the increment of potential energy of the standard device before and after operation replaces tearing the sample,through changing the relationship between m or Δh and F,the calibrator that features easy operation and precise data has been designed to achieve the unity of the quantity value of traceability for tearing tester.It is verified that the calibrator is suitable for various digital and pendulum fabric tearing testers.
