摘　　要：2007年,安·瓦尔德曼主编的《"垮掉"之书》的再版,标志着对"垮掉一代"精神的继承和复兴。该书以"垮掉"精神为纲,辑选了"垮掉一代"核心人物杰克·克鲁亚克、艾伦·金斯伯格等十七位"垮掉派"作家的作品节选。此书还收录了金斯伯格所撰写的前言,该前言对人们更深刻地理解"垮掉"一词的真正蕴涵起着至关重要的作用。此书末尾部分所介绍的与"垮掉一代"运动相关的地名、列举的相关参考书目和文献索引,为人们进一步研究"垮掉一代"提供了极大的便利。This review gives a general introduction to The Beat Book edited by Anne Waldman,a cofounder with Allen Ginsberg of Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics. This book contains Allen Ginsberg＇s complete introduction to the term ＂beat＂. We can also appreciate the ＂Beat＂ spirit from the selected writings. There is also priceless information about the Beat Places and other materials concerning the Beat Generation.
