日本综合商社模式分析及其对我国创业投资发展的启示

摘　　要：面对越来越严峻的资源、环境压力,我国迫切需要转变经济增长方式,创业投资在促进产业创新方面具有重要作用。分析了综合商社在促进日本经济发展方面的重要作用及成功经验,在此基础上得出了几点启示。日本综合商社模式可以作为现阶段我国企业跨国经营的借鉴,要加强银行和创业投资机构的合作,循序渐进发展创业投资。To face the severe pressure on resources and environment, China need to transform the way of economic growth. Venture capital investment plays an important role on promoting industrial innovation. It analyzes the important role and successful experience of Japanese trading company, which promotes Japanese economic development. Several revelations are obtained, the mode of Japanese trading company can be the reference for Chinese firms＇ multinational operation on the present stage , the cooperation between Bank and the organization of venture capital investment should be intensified, and develop venture capital investment step by step.
