摘　　要：分析了教学研究型高校科研评价指标体系构建所应遵循的各种原则,结合教学研究型高校的特点,提出了相应的定量、非定量评价指标,并运用层次分析法(AHP)对定量指标体系进行分析与检验,以期为构建教学研究型高校科研评价体系提供依据。The principles followed by research evaluating index system of teaching and research-typed university are analyzed.Considering the characteristic of teaching and research university,quantitative and non-quantitative evaluating index are proposed to set up.The analytical hierarchy process（AHP）method will be applied to analysis and check the quantitative index system to supply some references for building the research evaluating system of teaching and research university.
