摘  要:以异丁烯为烷基化试剂,在酸催化剂的作用下,对邻苯二酚烷基化生成4-叔丁基邻苯二酚(4-TBC)的反应进行了探索。运用均匀设计法设计实验方案,利用多元线性回归对实验结果进行处理,建立了相应的数学模型,该模型的计算值与实验值相一致,并考察了各个工艺参数对反应结果的影响,较佳的反应条件为:反应温度120~130℃,所用催化剂质量分数为0.8%~1.0%,异丁烯/邻苯二酚为0.9~1.0(摩尔比),反应时间2.0~3.0h。The alkylation of catechol with isobutylene in the presence of acidic catalyst to produce 4-tert-butylcatechol (4-TBC) was investigated. The Uniform Dasign Method was applied in experimental design. The experimental data were processed through the multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data of test, the mathematical model was established. The reaction results affected by technological parameters were discussed. The result shows that the values calculated with the model match to the testing data. The recommended optimum operating conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 120130, catalyst loading 0.8%1.0%, isobutylene/catechol mol ratio of 0.91.0, reaction time 2.03.0 h.
