摘 要:油汽吸收分离回收技术的研究开发首要工作在于筛选合适的吸收剂。考察了几种具有代表性的吸收剂。初选的8种吸收剂的吸收率都大于95%,吸收过程中的热效应不太明显而可以忽略。从自身损耗率、安全性(导电性、危险等级)、流动性能等方面综合考虑,自制吸收剂ABS-2及进口吸收剂ABS-1为较理想吸收剂,值得推广应用。吸收剂的解吸应以真空解吸为主,辅以适当的加热解吸。影响吸收剂解吸效果的参数(条件)有解吸真空度、解吸温度、解吸时间等。解吸真空度越大越好并不宜低于93.3kPa。适宜的解吸温度为(64±2)℃,解吸时间不宜低于60min。这样,该吸收剂可长期循环使用。In the course of developing absorption recovery technique of emitting oil(gasoline) vapor,it is the first step to sift out the right absorbents,so 8 typical absorbents are emphatically selected and comprehensively surveyed. Preliminary results obtained show that their absorptivities to gasoline vapor are above 95% and that their temperature up-fluctuations in the process of absorption are so small as to be neglected. Further,the self-made absorbent ABS-2 and the imported ABS-1 are considered and recommended as better ones than the others according to their comprehensive behavior of absorption-desorption operation such as self-losses,safety(e.g. electric conductivity,dangerous level),fluidity. The suitable regeneration way of rich absorbents should mainly be vacuum desorption with supplementary heating-up and its effect is controlled by desorption operation vacuum,temperature,and time. The vacuum should be above 93.3 kPa,the temperature should be (642),and the time should be above 60 min. So,the rec ommended absorbents will be circulated to use for a long term.
