基于SWOT战略决策模型的南昌市LED产业发展战略研究

摘　　要：随着南昌成为低碳经济试点城市,鄱阳湖生态经济区的确立,发展节能环保产业已经成为当务之急。具有节能环保之称的LED产业已经成为江西省重点支持的产业,南昌已经有了良好的LED产业基础,应充分发挥优势,抓住有利机遇,加快发展LED产业。如何发展,怎样对产业提供支持成为了一个重要的问题。文章构建了基于AHP方法的SWOT定量模型。运用该模型,对南昌LED产业进行了实证分析,确定了战略选择,最后给出了南昌市LED产业发展对策与建议。As Nanchang becoming low carbon economy pilot city,the establishment of the ecological economic zone and Poyang lake,the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industry has become the urgent matter,LED,which is called to be energy-saving and environmental protection industry,has become a key support industries in Jiangxi province,Nanchang had advantage in this industry,we should exert the advantages,seize the opportunity,accelerate the development of LED industry.How to develop and provide support has bocome an important problem.This paper constructs the SWOT quantitative model based on the AHP method,Using this model to analyze Nanchang LED industry,making the strategic choice,finally,giving the countermeasure and suggestion to the Nanchang LED industry.
