放马滩秦简乙360—366号“墓主记”说商榷

摘　　要：天水放马滩一号秦墓所出乙种竹简360-366号之内容与墓志、告地书等常见丧葬文书及编年记等记事类文书均存在明显差异,因此篇中所记"丹"这一人物为墓主的可能性不大,不宜定名为"墓主记"。从全篇主旨、表现手法及简册形制来看,它应当是乙种《日书》的一部分,其篇题可按内容拟为"丹"或"祠鬼"。This paper,starting from analyzing the content of Yi 360-366 of Bamboo slips from Fangmatan tomb of the Qin Dynasty,and combining other excavated literatures,probes the characteristic of these materials.This paper believes that there is apparent difference between the content of these materials and the funeral documents such as epitaph,so as to inform the underground ghosts and spirits or the narrative documents such as annals.Thus,there is not much probability that the owner of the tomb is＂Dan＂recorded in the material,and the material should not named as＂record about the owner of the tomb＂.Judging from the major ideas,technique of expression and shape of the bamboo slip,this paper finds it should be one part of＂the book for selecting dates＂,and the title of it can be considered as＂Dan＂or＂sacrifice to ghosts and spirits＂according to the content.
