摘  要:在绝对压力为0.1MPa、温度为1273K的条件下,采用实验室气化反应装置,考察了某褐煤半焦与水蒸气、CO2及二者不同配比的混合气化剂气化所得煤气的组成及煤气产率。在水蒸气及CO2共气化过程中,水蒸气及CO2均参与了气化反应;改变气化剂中水蒸气与CO2的比例,可以制得H2体积分数与CO体积分数比值不同的煤气;煤焦与纯水蒸气气化的煤气产率高于其与纯CO2气化的煤气产率;CO2及水蒸气与煤焦在共气化过程中产生了交互促进作用,提高了煤气产率。The gas composition and gas yield from gasification of a lignite semi-coke with steam, CO2 and the mixture of the both with different ratios are investigated by a laboratory gasification reactor under absolute pressure of 0.1 MPa and temperature of 1 273 K. Both steam and CO2 participate in the go-gasification of steam and CO2 with coal char. The gas with different ratios of H2 and CO can be prepared by changing the ratio of steam and C02 in the gasifying agent. The gas yield from gasification of the coal char with pure steam is higher than that with pure CO2. The synergistic effect is produced during the co-gasification of coal char with steam and CO2, and it improves the gas yield.
