摘  要:应用电测应变法对高温高压容器封头密封结构螺柱预紧过程中的应变变化进行了测试,得到了预紧过程中螺柱的应力变化规律。根据测试得到的螺柱应变数据分析,探讨了预紧过程中螺柱应力变化的影响因素。结果表明,螺柱应力数值近似满足正态分布,预紧完成后螺柱的平均应力接近理论预紧力,螺柱之间存在弹性相关性。此试验数据与结果可供实际工程中制定合理的预紧程序,提高封头的安装质量。By sticking to strain gage on the surface of stud,the strain of bolt in head seal structure of high temperature and pressure can be measured.Strain variation in the process of stud preload was obtained.According to the test of strain data,affecting factors was explored,scattering in bolt during preloads in the tightening process.Experimental verification was provided for the validation of the value of the stress data similar to satisfy the normal distribution,the average stress is close to theory preload,elastic interaction existing between bolt to bolt.In addition,test data and results can be used to design reasonable preload programs at the practical engineering,enhancing quality of installation of high temperature and pressure vessel head flange.
