摘　　要：从立法依据、立法渊源与法律效力、法规名称与适用范围、颁布时间和实施时间、形式结构、逻辑结构等六个方面,对我国地方档案法规立法技术存在的问题进行分析。From six respects： the legislative basis, legislative origins and legal efficiency, the name of laws and the scope of application, the time of promulgation and implementation, formal structure and logical structure, the authors carry on the analysis to problems which exist in the legislative technique of local archival statute in China.
