摘 要:介绍原油优选模型中的非线性递归模型和混合整数规划模型技术。混合整数规划模型解决了线性规划模型难以解决的所选原油门槛值、原油品种及批量订购问题。非线性递归模型克服了线性规划模型的超前优解问题。选原油混合整数规划模型包括了整个炼油和石油化工厂的生产计划模型,可为企业从国际原油市场选购原油提供新的技术。文中给出了应用实例,其计算结果与用线性规划模型求解结果进行了比较。Both models of nonlinear recursive programming and mixed integer programming for crude optimization were introduced. Problems such as the threshold value of the selected crude, crude kinds and batch purchasing etc .were solved by using the mixed integer programming model which are difficult to solve with linear programming model. While the nonlinear recursive programming model surmounts the problem of super optimization solution of the linear programming model. The mixed integer model includes all production and plan models in the whole petroleum refinery and petrochemical plant, supplying the enterprise a new technique for purchasing crude from international market. Practical examples were given and the calculation results were compared with that obtained using linear programming model.
