摘 要:玉米是广西第二大粮食作物,由于品种结构不合理致使广西玉米单产长期在低水平徘徊。为筛选出适宜山区种植的优良品种,从1997年开始,广西种子管理总站引进具有热带血缘的玉米新组合正大619,开展多年多点的品种比较、栽培试验及示范推广,研究其栽培适应性、稳定性、抗逆性、丰产性。结果表明,正大619产量表现、抗性表现、耐瘠性表现突出,以栽培密度为57000株/ha的产量最高。通过集成配套正大619高产栽培技术,建立良种良法配套、种子生产技术规程与质量控制标准,至2008年已累计推广种植124.31万ha,促进了广西玉米产业的良性发展。Corn is the second most important food crop in Guangxi.Due to absence of high-yield and stress-resistant varieties,the unit yield of corn has been low for a long time in Guangxi.In order to get high yield and quality of corn in mountainous area,a new corn combination Zhengda 619 containing tropical germplasm was introduced by Guangxi Seed Management Station in 1997.The experiments on variety comparison(with other varieties),demonstration and popularization were conducted at different places for several years to investigate its adaptability,stability,stress resistance and fertility.This variety showed high yield,good drought and barren resistance.The highest yield was obtained when the planting density was 57000 plants/ha.The high-yield cultivation techniques have also been summarized in this paper.Through adopting quality seeds matched with fine cultivation techniques and constructing technical regulations of seed production and seed quality control specification,cumulative planting area of Zhengda 619 reached 124.31×104 ha and corn industry in Guangxi was promoted well.
