摘 要:针对人机界面评价中评价信息不完全、不确定和较为复杂的特点,提出基于相近度的人机界面不确定信息评价方法.该方法将人机界面不确定信息的处理由实数序列拓展至灰区间数序列,以灰色理论和理想点法为理论基础,构造灰区间绝对关联分析模型和灰区间理想点模型,并运用整体逼近的思想,综合考虑方案与参考序列曲线的相似性和接近性,提出设计方案与理想方案的灰区间相近度,建立了不确定信息的综合评价模型.该模型弥补了单一方法的不足,避免了模糊信息过早精确化,有效保证了评价结果的可靠性.实验结果表明,该方法对于解决具有不确定信息的复杂系统评价问题是合理的、有效的.For the incomplete,uncertain and complex chracteristics of the evaluation information in the process of human-machine interface evaluation,the uncertain information evaluation method of human-machine interface based on nearness degree was put forward. The method extended the uncertain information disposal of human-machine interface from the real number sequence to grey interval number sequence. At the same time,based on grey theory and TOPSIS,the grey interval absolute relation analysis model and the grey interval TOPSIS model were constructed. With the global approximation idea,the comparability and proximity between the scheme and reference sequence curve were taken into account synthetically. The grey interval nearness degree between the design scheme and ideal scheme was presented,and the uncertain information evaluation model was established. The model makes up the disadvantage of single method,avoids the premature precision of fuzzy information,and ensures the dependability of evaluation result. The experimental results show that the proposed method is logical and valid in solving the evaluation problem of complex system with uncertain information.
