摘  要:为研究电水动力学(EHD)强化微细槽道相变传热机理,以去离子水为工质,在横截面分别为2mm×2mm和3mm×3mm的微细槽道内对EHD强化微细槽道相变换热进行了实验研究.利用李雅普诺夫指数、关联维数和熵对2mm×2mm微细槽道进出口压差的时间序列进行混沌特性分析.试验结果表明,施加电场作用时动力系统的混沌程度比不施加电场时高,说明在施加电场作用时,试验段的沸腾传热得到了强化,从动力学角度证明了施加电场能起到强化微细槽道相变传热的作用.In order to study the EHD enhancement mechanism of phase-change heat transfer in micro-channels,the experimental researches on the EHD enhancement of phase-change heat transfer in micro-channels were carried out with the deionized water as working fluid,where every micro-channel has a cross-section of either 2mm×2mm or 3mm×3mm. The chaotic characteristic analysis on the time sequence of differential pressure in the micro-channel with the cross-section of 2mm×2mm was performed with Lyapunov exponent,correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy. The experimental results show that the chaotic level is larger when the electric field is imposed on the system. It means that the boiling heat transfer of test section gets enhanced due to the introduction of electric field. It is demonstrated from the dynamic view that the infliction of electric field can enhance the phase-change heat transfer in micro channels.
