摘　　要：分析了影响测量仪器主轴回转精度的几种主要误差形式及其来源,并以一种轻载滚珠主轴轴系的结构设计为例,说明了主轴轴系精度设计的原则及要点。Several primary deviations which affect the axis rotating precision of measuring instrument and their sources were analyzed,and taking the structural design of a kind of light-load ball main axis system as an example,principles and gists of the precision design of main axis system were explained.
