天麻增强小鼠免疫功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的从免疫学方面探讨中药天麻增强免疫功能的作用。方法取小鼠24只,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别用生理盐水和100%浓度天麻浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃,然后检测抗体的产生、特异玫瑰花环结形成细胞检测(SRFC)、血清IgG检测及小鼠骨髓细胞增殖。结果用药组小鼠抗体产生能力有显著增强,特异玫瑰花环结形成细胞及血清IgG产生明显增多,均与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而骨髓细胞增殖也有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),未见有副作用。结论口服天麻可明显提高机体免疫功能,增强抗感染能力。Objective To explore aspects of gastrodia elata blume（GEB） and enhance immune function from immunology.Methods24 mice were divided into 2 groups（control group and experimental group）randomly.Filled the stomaches with NS and 100% water extract of GEB regularly and tested the ability of antibody-producing,specific rosette forming cell（SRFC）,serum inmmunoglobulin,bone marrow proliferation.Results Compared with control group the bone marrow proliferation,antibody production,specific rosette forming cell（SRFC）,serum inmmunoglobulin increased significantly in GEB group（P〈0.001） and no side effect appeared.Conclusion These results indicated that taking GEB orally could enhance immune function obviously,enhance the ability of anti-infective
