摘 要:目的:开发设计一种基于LabVIEW的可编程高精度声刺激器,可连同脑电记录设备构成一个记录听诱发电位通用的系统。方法:采用NI公司的M系列DAQ数据采集卡,通过硬件时钟控制方法产生时间高精度的声刺激系统;LabVIEW编程为用户提供多种声刺激产生模式,不但能提供通用的一般波形,同时产生能灵活控制的任意波形。结果:该系统可以把常用的短声、纯音等和用户自定义的任意波形提供给标准的传声器(耳机、喇叭);数字触发信号与模拟声信号精确地同步;声音选择参数、刺激序列和声音强度等都可调。结论:和采用声卡输出方式相比,该系统的输出声音波形失真度大大减小,并且采用硬件时钟控制的方式保证了输出触发控制信号的时间同步性;该设计便于系统功能的升级和扩充。Objective To develop a high-accuracy programmable sound stimulator based on Lab VIEW platform, which can be used in connection with a third party electroencephalogram recording device to construct a general function system recording auditory evoked potential (AEP). Methods A M-serial DAQ acquiring card produced by National Instruments Company (NI) was adopted to produce a high-accuracy timing acoustic stimulation system by using a hardware clock control strategy; the Lab VIEW coding was accomplished to provide users a variety of sound generation modes including both standard waveforms for general use and arbitrary waveforms that could be controlled freely. Results This system was able to provide common clicks, pure tone sound stimulation etc., and user -defined arbitrary waveforms for standard output transducers, such as earphones and speakers. The digital trigger channels and analogous sound signals could be precisely synchronized. The parameters defining sound selection, stimulus sequences and sound intensity were adjustable. Conclusion In contrast to the output of conventional sound card, this system is capable of delivering less distorted waveforms, and ensuring synchronization of the trigger control signal by using the hardware clock in a controlled manner. This design secures a reliable approach to system update and extension.
