摘 要:目的:研制一种成像式颜色分析仪,以提高测量精度。方法:利用黑白CCD面阵加三组滤色片切换的方法,测量发光物的三刺激值,通过记录被测物X、Y、Z三原色的三幅图片来计算不同点的亮度与色坐标。结果:用本颜色分析仪与彩色亮度计BM-7分别测量同一个医用灯箱,将二者进行对比,亮度的误差小于0.2%,亮度均匀性的误差小于0.1%,色度坐标相差0.002。结论:此成像式测量分析仪体积小、测量快速精确,很适合测量面光源的色温与亮度均匀性。Objective To develop an imagining-style color analyzer so as to increase measuring accuracy. Methods The tristimulus values of the illuminant were measured with the methods of converting the black-white CCD area array and three colordisc groups, and the height and chromaticity coordinate of the different points were calculated by recording three pictures of the X, Y, Z tricolor of the measured objects. Results The same medical lampbox was measured by a color analyzer and a multi-colored BM-7 respectively. By comparison, the residual of the height was less than 0.2%, with that of the uniformity of luminance less than 0.1% and the difference between the chromaticity coordinate was 0.002. Conclusion The imagining-style color analyzer, which is small and can measure quickly and accurately, is suit to measure color temperature and uniformity of luminance of the surface light source.
