摘　　要：目的:了解《医疗卫生装备》杂志作者发文、合作、地区分布等情况,确定核心作者及多产机构。方法:用文献计量学方法对该刊1989—2008年载文作者的发文量、合作情况、地区分布、核心作者、高产单位等进行统计分析。结果:该刊1989—2008年发文6748篇。发文1篇的作者2918人,占第一作者人数71.64%;作者合作论文4783篇,合作率71%,合作度2.62;独著论文1965篇,占论文总数的29.13%;发表4篇以上论文的核心作者269人,共发表文章1619篇,占总发文量的23.99%;多产机构主要分布在部队。结论:《医疗卫生装备》杂志作者合作率呈逐年上升趋势,合作度适中,并且其拥有一支稳定、广泛、学术水平较高而活跃的作者队伍。Objective To acquire statistical data for Chinese Medical Equipment Journal on the authors/co-authors and their area distribution so as to determine core contributors and contribution organizations. Methods The statistical data concerning paper quantity of an author/co-authors, area distribution, core authors and organizations with plenty of contributors from 1989 to 2008 were analyzed using bibliometric methods. Results 6 748 articles altogether were published from 1989 to 2008, with 2 918 authors who had one paper published that accounted for 71.64% of the total first authors; 4 783 articles were written cooperatively with a cooperation rate of 71% and a cooperation degree of 2.62; 1 965 articles that had only one author were published which accounted for 29.13% of the total paper number; 269 core authors that each contributed more than 4 papers published 1 619 papers which accounted for 23.99% of the total number. The core contribution organizations were mainly from military units. Conclusion The cooperative rate of the authors is increasing year by year with a moderate cooperation degree, and a wide group of contributors with higher academic standards are formed.
