区域综合承载力导向的云南省经济发展重点区域研究

摘　　要：采用区域人居环境指数、土地资源承载力、水资源承载力、物质积累水平和人类发展水平等5项指标加权求和的方法构建区域综合承载力模型,并对云南省分县区域综合承载力进行了定量评价,在此基础上划分出云南省三大经济发展重点区域,一级经济重点发展区域为"滇中城市群";二级经济重点发展区域地处云南省西部;三级经济重点发展区域地处云南省南部靠近边境地区。文中提出云南省三大经济重点发展区域发展的空间结构和发展模式。By using the weighted sum of the five indictors,which are the regional living environment index,the carrying capacity of land resources,the carrying capacity of water resources,the material accumulative level and the development level of human being,a regional integrated capacity model is established and comprehensive carrying capacity of the counties in Yunnan Province is evaluated in this paper.Three key economic development regions are delimitated：（1）urban agglomeration in the middle area of Yunnan Province,which is discussed the most at present,as the first-grade key economic development region;（2）the western part of Yunnan Province as the second-grade key economic development region; （3）the southern part of Yunnan Province,which is close to the boundary areas,as the third-grade key economic development region.The spatial structure and development mode of the three key economic development regions,the principles of grading and their scientific character are discussed.A structure of ＂eight points,one key axis,two main axes,three minor axes and one pole,three directions,five city groups＂is proposed.
